TERMS OF DELIVERY
Merrelschoenen.nl is part of Max Sport B.V. in Amsterdam. As such all orders will be processed by Max Sport B.V. under next terms and conditions:
Price lists on this website are subject to errors. Delivery will take place, provided that stocked within seven business days after receipt of your payment. Colors of items can be slightly different than displayed on the web site; please take this into account when placing your order.
After your order has been confirmed, we request you to transfer the required amount to our bank account number. As soon as we have received your money, the shoes will be sent by mail.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands will be paid for by us (excluded discounted shoes).
It is possible to return your order, provided that the shoes are undamaged and show no signs of wearing. These to be judged by Max Sport B.V. The customer has to pay for the costs of the return shipment. These costs depend on the weight of the shipment. On average for a shipment within the Netherlands this will be EUR 6,75.

There is also the possibility to pick up ordered shoes at our store in Amsterdam. You can indicate this on your order form. Our store is located on Max Euweplein in Amsterdam. For the exact address, opening times and a route description you can click on the link 'Contact' in the left-side menu.
